Description
This ceramic vase or pitcher by Jacques Blin, yellow in color, rather rare in the work of Jacques Blin, presents pretty incised decorations.
The falsely naive motifs of fantastic animals, deeply incised in the ceramic, refer to his attraction to engraving. The play of oxides, applied, rubbed, on an incised, even scratched support, is very close to the work of prints of which he is an eminent specialist.
In perfect condition. Signed J. Blin at the base
