Description
1950s Original Rene Malaval White Square Outdoor Table. Rene Malaval was a welder by trade and after the war initiated the design of perhaps some of Frances most iconic industrial design. Malaval was inspired by the scrap metal remaining after the war production, principally the perforated steel from ammunition factories where the stamped hole patterns were the direct result of a bi product of bullet production. This table is in exceptional original condition, structurally very sound and with the original paint. Knee height clearance 66cm. Our workshop has cleaned and serviced the table.
