Description
Carbono Atelier is a design office based in Argentina who supports local communities and traditions through their work. The Carbono Atelier team value the sensory experience of their products and hope to restore notions of contact, closeness, intimacy, and introspection in relation. The studio’s designs aim to adapt to the needs of a contemporary consumer; in this case the textile transforms seamlessly from tapestry to seat to carpet and encourages interaction between the product and the user. The woven textile is made from Argentinian Merino Wool, Jute and Argentinian Pampa suede. No inks or dyes are used during the production process in order to respect the natural character of each material. This piece is handmade to order.
