Description
This authentic Mizubachi () is a traditional Japanese water pot made of glazed ceramic, richly decorated with motifs of flowers, plants, and birds. The interior is finished with an elegant green-blue glaze.
Dimensions: height 23.5 cm, width 71.5 cm, depth 55 cm. Weight: 20 kg.
Originally, Mizubachi were used as ponds, filled with water, aquatic plants such as lotuses, and sometimes even fish.
In addition to its traditional use as a water reservoir, this Mizubachi also serves as a stylish and authentic plant holder, bringing a unique Japanese ambiance both indoors and in the garden.
This piece features two openings, which can be sealed with a stopper or cork, designed for easy water refreshment.
