Description
An 18 karat (18K) yellow gold religious charm pendant designed as a medal depicting the Virgin Mary, wearing a finely detailed lace veil within an octagonal frame. Signed C. Charl, stamped with the eagle’s head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture along with an unknown maker’s mark. The reverse is engraved with the name Francois and the date 3-11-56. Dimensions: 2.2 x 1.9 x 0.12 cm (not including jump ring) Weight: 2.20 grams Date of manufacture: Circa 1950 (Chain not included) Condition: small dent to the reverse of the medal.
