Beautifully Weathered Gouda Plateel Vase or Planter The Netherlands Early 20th Century This is a special piece of early 20th century Dutch plateel pottery. A large planter or vase with hand painted decorations which have partly faded. This creates a visually very pleasing appearance – a unique patina. Perfections due to imperfection, the essence of the wabi sabi philosophy. Great to use as a display piece on your sideboard or table, but also very usable as a planter.
