Description
Clematide is an elegant ceiling lamp realised in Italy in the early 70s.
This lamp was finely realised by the skilled Murano Glass Artisans and it is an hand-blown piece. The technique used is called “Pulegoso” which appears full of tiny bubbles. It is made by injecting into the molten glass a component that reacts and in doing so releases gas bubbles. This sophisticated technique was invented in the 1920s by Napoleone Martinuzzi at the Venini glassworks.
The lamp’s structure is entirely made of brass and the height of the lamp can be easily adjusted to your needs thanks to the presence of a cord.
The glass shade is made of iridescent glass, personally my favourite one, where the glass hues change according to the light in the room (from pastel yellow to blue, orange and green). A magical and fairy effect!
The lamp comes in perfect conditions (no chips or cracks) and it shows the original “Murano Vetri” label which guarantees the authenticity of this stunning lamp. It can easily fit in any kind of environment such as over your table, hanging in a corner of your home or as a main ceiling lamp.
A sophisticated piece of Vintage Italian craftsmanship ready to donate that endless touch to your special environment!
