Description
L’Orestie d’Eschyle is a pencil Drawing realized by Georges Antoine Rochegrosse in 1889. Good condition on a yellowed paper. Georges Antoine Rochegrosse (Versailles, 1859- Albiar, 1938). He was a French Historical, Romantic painter, famous for his mythological subjects, landscapes, allegorical scenes. He made his debut at the Salon des Artistes Franais in 1882. He also participates at the Salon de la Societ des Acquarellistes Franais. In 1889 he received the bronze medal for the the Universal Exhibition.
