Female nude is an original artwork realized by Nicolas Gloutchenko in 1928. Lithograph on paper. Hand-signed in pencil by the artist on the lower and numbered, edition of 8/12 prints. Good conditions. The lithograph belongs to the precious suite “Douze nus de Gloutchenko”, published in 1928 by Edition Le Cousin Pons, Paris. The lithograph is a limited edition realized in only 12 copies on precious Japan paper; each artwork is numbered and hand-signed in pencil by the artist. Elegant lithograph on precious paper representing a female nude. The figure of the woman is corpulent and robust, yet very sinuous and sensual. Nicolas Gloutchenko (Kiev, 1901 1977) was an Ukrainian painter and engraver. He exhibited all around Europe, especially at the Salons in Paris. He is one of the most important and representative artists of the Russian contemporary art scene.
